Ashlyn caught the bug to craft and upcycle from sites like Pinterest and Etsy. Entrepreneurial gusto runs in her blood, so she began selling her handcrafted pieces in high school. From the profits of her sales, she was able to pay for her first trip to Europe.
The appeal of the lofts, for Ashlyn, was in being able to surround herself with other creatives and learn. The common areas will be useful for her to bring in furniture pieces to work on, photograph, and sell on the marketplace.
"My art is something that everyone of all ages is capable of doing. It is simple to teach others to express themselves in various ways through art. Our community is often divided, I think through art it can be a way to bring us together".
Ashlyn is available for custom orders or collaboration proposals.
